Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Non-Eligible Products
- Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Damaged goods due to misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Process for Return/Exchange
- Contact Customer Care via email at Support@marchosias.in with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable.
- In case of exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched once the original product passes quality inspection.
5. Important Points
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the Return Policy criteria.
- Refund/exchange processing time may vary during sale periods.
